It is expected that all items brought into the facility are removed at the end of a kitchen session unless specific arrangements are made in advance. Locked storage shelves, suitable for dry ingredient and small equipment storage are available for monthly rental if desired. Refrigerator and freezer space may be available for rental as well. Food items left behind without a rental agreement will be disposed of at member’s expense without reimbursement or recourse. Spoiled or unlabeled items will similarly be removed as per health department regulations and the membership contract. Please see the storage rental page for details.
Members with regularly scheduled frequent kitchen use may purchase separate janitorial services from Haddon Kitchen Incubators by prior arrangement. We employ a dishwasher/janitor who can perform dishwashing, floor mopping, and trash removal for an additional fee. Members are still responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment after any kitchen use session. This services in not available with spot use reservations.
The front of the house is available for event rental by separate contract. Contact us for rates and details. This space may be used for events, demonstrations and classes. We will also hold member events here designed to promote your business to others in the industry and periodic events, markets and showcases open to the public.
