Departure

Facility Shutdown

At the end of the session, members are expected to shut down and secure the facility unless other members are still working. All kitchen equipment and exhaust fans/hood need to be turned off. The only exception is the refrigeration equipment. All lights need to be turned off as well. The event space doors are not to be used by members, but please confirm they are closed and locked and the facility is secure prior to leaving. All doors must be closed and confirmed secure.

Sign-out

As noted above, all members and associates who enter the facility must log out at the end of the session by tapping the access card at the kitchen entry door to exit the facility. The session clock continues until the last member has logged out of the facility for the session for the day. Logging out then logging back in within the same 24-hour period will continue to accrue charges. That is, you can’t leave the facility while something is baking or chilling to avoid usage charges.
