Excluded Equipment

  • Chest Freezer: There is a small chest freezer in the rear refrigeration room which is reserved for Art Pastry. Any member food placed in that freezer will be disposed of immediately without notice. Repeated violations will be cause for contract termination.
  • Dough Sheeter: The dough sheeter in the dry storage prep area is owned by Art Pastry, not Haddon Kitchen Incubators. It may not be used by any member business. No items may be placed on it whatsoever for any reason or length of time. Repeated violations will be cause for contract termination.
  • Catering equipment: coffee urns, beverage dispensers, steam tables, serving-ware, flatware, dishes, drinking glasses, etc. are available, but are reserved for on-premises catering only and by separate reservation and contract.
  • Member supplies and equipment: Any equipment or supplies in the facilities belonging to another member business, whether secured in a storage locker or not. Specifically, Art Pastry is a major client of Haddon Kitchen Incubators and makes use of the facilities daily. The dough sheeter, ingredient bins, and other supplies may be stored in open accessible areas. That does not mean members are free to help themselves to the supplies- even to “borrow a cup of sugar.” The same applies to the supplies of any other member business. If it’s not yours, and not listed here as available equipment, please do not touch it.
