Included Supplies

Haddon Kitchen Incubators supplies the following cleaning items ONLY:

• handwashing soap and paper towels (for handwashing use only)
• dish soap
• quaternary ammonium sanitizer and test strips
• dedicated sanitizing spray bottles and wipes
• floor cleaning solution
• floor mop and bucket wringer
• brooms and dustpans
• garbage can liners

All other supplies needed to work in the kitchen or clean up afterwards are to be supplied by the member, including sponges and scouring pads, paper towel and other paper goods for food prep and cleanup, kitchen and bar towels, etc.
