Limitation of Liability

Haddon Kitchen Incubator is not responsible for items left on our premises during or in-between kitchen use sessions. This also applies to items secured in storage lockers. Please secure your personal items in the lockers when using the facility.

Wrapping Requirements

All items must be properly stored in leak-proof and spill-proof containers. No open containers or items allowed. No perishable items may be stored the dry storage area at any time.

Labelling Requirements

All items must be properly labelled with their contents and date opened or expiration date as appropriate.

Locks

Locks for the storage space will be provided by Haddon Kitchen Incubator. Members may not utilize their own locks on dry or refrigerated storage units. Any member-supplied locks will be removed.

Item Removal

Haddon Kitchen Incubator reserves the right to inspect the contents of any locker at any time and remove/dispose of any stored item at the members expense in order to maintain sanitary facilities.

Abandoned Items

Any items left in locked storage not accompanied by a valid storage rental contract will be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
