We have two warming cabinets in the kitchen available for your use during a kitchen session. They are designed to hold prepared food at a safe temperature only. They should not be used to defrost, reheat, or cook food. Please ensure the thermostat is set appropriately to keep food at a safe holding temperature. Do not leave food in the warmers between kitchen sessions and be sure to turn off the cabinet at the end of your session.
