It is expected that the facility be left neat and clean at the end of a kitchen use session. Generally, the facility must be returned to the same condition in which it was found.
Member cleaning responsibilites include:
Member is responsible for their own clean-up throughout the session. No member in a shared use setting may leave a workstation untidy. Please integrate cleanup into your regular food preparation routine. Other members may be working around you and may need the workstation you have been using when you are finished.
Cleanup time is counted as session time and charged accordingly. It is not something performed after your allotted session time has ended. You may leave your personal dishes and equipment to dry on the clean dish rack and return to pick them up later. This time will not be counted as kitchen use.
The time required to perform this cleanup is part of the member’s reserved kitchen use time.
Members who fail to adequately clean their workstations and the facility prior to leaving for the day will be charged a cleaning fee to cover Haddon Kitchen Incubator’s time and expense cleaning up after you.
Members who repeatedly violate Haddon Kitchen Incubator’s cleaning policies will be subject to termination of their membership as per the member agreement.
