A bank of lockers is available in the dry storage area for general use during a kitchen session. Coats, jackets, valuables and other personal belongings must be stored there. Bring your own lock to secure the locker. All items must be removed at the end of a session. Items left in the lockers outside of a kitchen use session will be removed by Haddon Kitchen Incubator and disposed of without reimbursement.
Personal items such as coats, jackets, backbacks, bags, or purses are not allowed in the kitchen area at any time. They are not to be stored anywhere in the kitchen area, including underneath the prep tables. Personal items in the kitchen constitute a heath and fire hazard to kitchen operations and a physical safety hazard to kitchen staff. All personal items must be secured in the lockers as described above.
Haddon Kitchen Incubator is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. All personal items are brought into the facility at the user’s sole risk and responsibility.
