Kitchen Supplies

Haddon Kitchen Incubator does not supply any ingredients or packaging supplies for any products produced in the facility. Members must come prepared with all items needed for production, packaging, storage, and clean-up, listed kitchen equipment and janitorial supplies excepted.

Items Supplied

We supply the following cleaning equipment ONLY:

• trash can liners
• handwashing soap and towels
• dish soap
• sanitizer
• sanitizer test strips
• workstation spray cleaner
• cleaning buckets
• floor mop, bucket, and floor cleaning solution
• brooms and dustpans

Items Not Supplied

Common items needed which we do not supply include:

• knives
• bowl scrapers
• thermometers
• timers
• parchment/pan liners
• aluminum foil
• plastic wrap
• food storage containers
• ingredients of any kind including spices, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, baking soda, etc.
• bristle brushes
• sponges and scouring pads
• hand sanitizer
• gloves
• hair or beard nets
• paper towels
• kitchen and bar towels
• deli paper
• product labelling and packaging materials
• service supplies, unless separately rented
